HVMS Software Implementation Specialist:
- Lead new software implementations from kick off to post implementation support
- Well versed in equine veterinary practice and practice management, including inventory, financial reporting, hospital workflows and ambulatory practice
- Preference will be given to candidates who have HVMS experience
- Minimum 5 years experience working in equine practice or with other PIMS software

HVMS Software Support Specialist:
- Work within our existing customer facing team to provide exceptional customer support to our global customers
- Preference given to candidates who have FreshDesk and Microsoft Windows platform
- Preference will be given to candidates who have HVMS experience
- Minimum 3 years experience working in equine practice or with other PIMS software

HVMS Software Quality Assurance Technician:
- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, scenarios and test scripts across multiple applications
- Conduct functional, regression and performance testing for our React application using Cypress for End-to-End testing
- Minimum 2 years experience as a QA Tester / Analyst and an additional 2 years as a QA Engineer / Technician
- Minimum 5 years experience with Microsoft Windows platform
