HVMS offers on-premise and cloud hosting server deployment options. As part of the decision-making process when evaluating HVMS, we will provide a network requirements document, server sizing details, and approach document, and a hardware recommendations document to review and discuss. Every practice is different so we take the time to evaluate the options and present the best path forward for your practice. These documents are provided after a call with your IT team to further understand your requirements.
The cost of servers and required licenses can be expensive so we spend the time needed to determine the best offering for the practice, considering existing infrastructure, additional expenditure that may be required, and the cost/benefit of using our cloud-hosted environment.
