SMS Appointment Reminders

Automate appointment reminders and enhance customer relationships. HVMS provides the ability for practices to send SMS/Text reminders to clients to remind them of their upcoming appointments. You can configure the actual text message and schedule for sending the text messages to clients. Text messages will be sent to the contact that the appointment is booked for which would either be the customer, boarding location, or trainer.

Cloud Hosted Environment

Business Infusions offers an additional service that allows practices to forgo an onsite database server and instead leverage cloud services for HVMS. The hosting is tailored specifically for HVMS by Business Infusions and utilizes world class Microsoft Azure data centers.

HVMS Online Training

The HVMS Certification Program has been developed to provide a structured training curriculum to assist people in learning HVMS, and being able to properly use it to ensure the software’s potential is being maximized. HVMS Certification is for users, practice management consultants and resellers. The HVMS Certification Program is completely online and available 24/7 as an initial training tool for your staff during your HVMS implementation, and also for new staff you bring on after your implementation.

Dashboard Reporting and Metrics

The Business Intelligence Dashboard gives practice owners and managers on demand access to analyze and visualize aggregate data for the practice. BI Dashboard is an exciting addition to HVMS Software offering, four different plans all with live, mobile, interactive and consolidated reporting; helping practices stay on top of key performance indicators.

Online Payment Portal

The HVMS Payment Portal is a new hosted website from Business Infusions that allows your clients to pay by credit card and can be linked to your website. By leveraging the HVMS OpenEdge integration and a new HVMS API, client payments processed on the web can now be posted directly to their account in HVMS.

Onsite Visits

HVMS offers an onsite visit option to any of our existing HVMS customers as an opportunity to send one of our HVMS Specialists onsite to your practice. Our HVMS Specialists can provide additional HVMS training to your staff and advice for using your HVMS software optimally based on your particular practice workflows.
