Inventory Ordering

HVMS and Vetcove have collaborated to offer you a seamless purchase ordering system from multiple suppliers at once with one point of entry. Your purchases no longer need to be duplicated in HVMS. With this integration, you can view all your HVMS items in Vetcove including current on-hand quantities, and minimum and maximum threshold limits set within HVMS.

Business Infusions offers an additional service that allows practices to forgo an onsite database server and instead leverage cloud services for HVMS. The hosting is tailored specifically for HVMS by Business Infusions and utilizes world class Microsoft Azure data centers.

Vets First Choice

Online Pharmacy

HVMS has integrated with Vets First Choice to offer a fully support on-line pharmacy for all HVMS practices. This integration will allow practices to have an on-line pharmacy and be able to easily maintain proper patient records for the prescriptions being filled online.

Antech Diagnostics

Diagnostic Lab

With this integration, you can create lab requisitions directly from your HVMS software and submit them electronically to Antech. In the inventory item setup in HVMS, you designate which codes are for Antech labs and which labs they represent. Then when a user adds one of those codes to an HVMS invoice, the requisition is created and auto-populated with all the patient, customer and doctor information electronically and ready for submission. Completed Lab results are also electronically added to the HVMS patient record from Antech.

Eliminate Double Entry of Medical Records

With the HVMS HISA Integration, medical records captured while billing in HVMS can be submitted to HISA through your HVMS software. HVMS displays the history of all HISA items submitted and reports sent status so you can verify each item was received by HISA.

Digital Certificates

GlobalVetLINK’s EquusLINK digital equine health certification system enables animal health practitioners to quickly and accurately create professional health documents, including Equine Infectious Anemia (EIA) or Coggins test certificates, with real-time test transmission to labs as well as CVIs and GoPass® Equine Passports (6-month health certificates). Our HVMS Integration with GVL allows you to submit your GVL from within HVMS as well as open completed certificate from the patient file.

The HVMS/Parasight Lab integration system is a bi-directional system whereby invoicing linked inventory items on an HVMS invoice will generate a parasight order which can then be processed on the parasight machine.
